I have experience in project management, including project cycle management (PCM), monitoring ongoing programs, and implementing high-quality initiatives. I am also skilled in office and site management and have experience in managing large teams as part of people management. Additionally, I have handled large-scale budget management, such as budgets exceeding 3 million USD.

I naturally enjoy critical analysis of various issues and have experience in this field. I critically examine environmental, human rights, climate politics, and social issues and share my opinions, which are published in the op-ed sections of various English and Bengali daily newspapers in Bangladesh.

As Head of Communications and Advocacy, I lead the development and execution of strategic advocacy campaigns to influence policy, raise public awareness, and engage stakeholders. My responsibilities include policy analysis, drafting position papers, and providing research-based recommendations to drive advocacy initiatives. I oversee the creation of advocacy materials such as reports, press releases, and digital content, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

A key part of my role is building and maintaining relationships with policymakers, civil society organizations, and media representatives to strengthen advocacy efforts.   4. Lead development of and technical design for RI`s protection programming in the areas of child protection, gender-based violence, and mental health/psychosocial support.
